Ann Collins, the founder of Property Finder Ireland has had a passion for property since her career began in London in 1989. Over the course of eight years, she tenaciously climbed the ranks, eventually becoming a Manager at Woolwich Property Services/Chesterton's International Estate Agents, a distinguished estate agency revered in the United Kingdom.
In 1997, Ann returned to Ireland and established Ann Collins Property Limited, specialising in overseas property transactions. Over the next 12 years, Ann Collins Property Limited became the leading overseas property agent in Ireland, serving Irish investors and maintaining strong ties with a growing UK client base.
In 2013, following the challenging property crash, Ann recognised an opportunity to re-enter the market as an investor. With caution, she acquired multiple properties, including a 45-bedroom hotel, diversifying her business interests. Over seven successful years, Ann built a thriving hotel business, gaining valuable industry insights.
In 2020, driven by her true passion for buying, selling, and sourcing property, Ann founded Property Finder Ireland. With almost 30 years of experience in the industry, Ann established Property Finder Ireland as a comprehensive solution for individuals and companies seeking properties in Ireland, catering to diverse property needs.
As the hands-on managing director of Property Finder Ireland, Ann and her team have earned the trust of companies worldwide in sourcing and managing accommodations for their workers in Ireland.
